Job Description:
• Effectively lead the team of Sales Associates, manage performance, set weekly/monthly targets.
• Maximally utilize the potential of the area of responsibility (achieve targets, grow sales).
• Prepare regular reporting with SDSM/RSM. Tracking sales reports and analyze daily data.

Qualifications:
• Candidates must possess at least: a High School/Vocational Diploma, College Degree or higher will be preferred
• With at least 2 years of experience in People Management (At least 5 staff) in Retail Sales field work
• Required skill(s): With Strong Personality, Confident in dealing with various types of people, Excellent Selling Skills, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office esp. Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
